Doran's Journal - 31 August 1997

Yesterday we drove up to Duluth and saw Lake Superior. It was kinda cloudy so it wasn't as pretty as it could have been, but it was still fun.

Today we went for a short hike through the Lebanon Hills Regional Park which is only a couple of minutes from our apartment.

And there's pictures on the web for all this already!

How is this so? We took our video camera to both Duluth and to Lebanon Hills and then went to Cray and captured still images from the video camera using a Silicon Graphics O2 workstation and uploaded the images to the WWW site.

There's also some new pictures of Thomas Lake including a great one of a bunny rabbit we saw there. More pictures of the Mall of America and of Cray! We don't need no stinkin film!
